The S2000 Elite features on-screen indicators, a light ring, and an audible alarm to warn when the lamp can no longer produce the set irradiance level. These warning signals extend lamp use over the life of the lamp while eliminating the need to check light levels frequently. 

When calibrated with the OmniCure R2000 radiometer, the S2000 Elite can display irradiance in real time.

Web UI - Remote Control 

Remote control, management and monitoring of single or multiple systems is available from virtually any device via the WEB UI, extending all the options and functionality available from the system's touchscreen to a larger laptop or tablet screen. The WEB UI allows users to run exposures, build and manage curing profiles, review and download system logs, and download and push software updates to multiple devices from the comfort of their office. The WEB UI also provides advanced control for troubleshooting via a command line interface.

LCD screen and touchscreen UI 

The new 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen display provides easy access to all system functions. The intuitive and easy-to-use UI makes it easy to access and navigate system information, settings, and run screens.

StepCure ® with PLC control 

The OmniCure S2000 Elite is designed with automation in mind. The built-in StepCure software allows users to upload custom multiphase cure profiles directly to the system, giving users better cure control. 

Acting as a PLC controller and providing up to eight programmable PLC output channels through ladder logic-based StepCure programming, the OmniCure S2000 Elite helps simplify assembly line automation and lower costs.

30 ms precision shutter 

The lightning-fast 30 ms shutter delivers precise exposure for every single exposure for the most repeatable treatments. With StepCure, the shutter allows you to have intervals as short as 100 ms with minimal ramp-up and ramp-down times.

Calibration and radiometry 

Radiometric measurement is an essential link to a repeatable curing process. By combining the OmniCure S2000 Elite with the OmniCure R2000 radiometer, you can measure and calibrate light output to set the curing profile of the system as absolute peak irradiance (W/cm 2 ) or light output (W). The OmniCure R2000 radiometer should be calibrated every 12 months (NIST traceable) and can be used to set the output of multiple S2000 systems at the same irradiance level.

Intelli-Tap NFC communication
