A wavelength is possible from 850nm and 1550 nm(850nm,905nm,980nm,1060nm,1550nm)
Pulsed Laser Diodes A wavelength of 1550 nm is available and is produced using Vapor Phase Epitaxial (VPE) and MOCVD grow techniques
