980nm High Energy Laser Diodes - Quasi CW Lasers

These products have been specifically designed to meet the requirements of laser initiated ordnance (LIO) applications.

The product includes a 9.0 mm TO-style package and an 8-pin miniDIL.

The Pigtailed package is equipped with a rear monitor photodiode and 100/140 um optical fiber.

The 980 nm laser chip offers advanced epitaxial materials and stable, high optical power output capability

at elevated temperatures and significant power retention use process technology

Additional package outlines and fiber optic core diameters are considered according to customer specifications.
