PYS 3198 Single Channel Pyrodetector

Excelitas Single-Element Pyrodetectors combine one sensing element with the optical window, making them ideally suited for gas measurement and monitoring applications. The PYS 3198 TC GX (replacement to LHi 807) is a single channel, parallel format temperature-compensated elements detector based on lithium-tantalate (Li-Ta).

PYS 3428 Dual Channel Pyrodetector

As a Dual-Channel, Single-Element Pyrodetector, the PYS 3428 (replacement to LHi 814) includes two single-elements which are each thermally compensated. Each output is optically linked to an individual optical window within the TO-5 Metal Housing. For each window a variety of narrow-band optical filters are available to meet a range of specific sensing requirements.

PYD 1378 Low Cost Dual Element Pyro

The Excelitas PYD 1378 Dual-Element Pyrodetector (replacement to the LHi 778) features two elements in series connection with FET in-source follower circuit, integrated into a TO-5 metal housing with a small optical window.

PYD 1384, PYD 1394 듀얼 엘리먼트 초전형 감지기

The Excelitas PYD 1384 (replacement to LHi 874) / PYD 1394 (replacement to LHi 944) Pyrodetector Series is the Low-Profile variant of the PYD 1388/PYD 1398 Standard Analog Pyrodetectors. The Low-Profile, Dual-Element Pyrodetectors feature two sensing elements in series connection and FET in source-follower circuit, connected into the low profile TO-39 Metal Housing with optical window a source follower circuit

PYD 1388, PYD 1398 Dual Element Pryos

This Pyrodetector Series represents Excelitas standard analog Pyrodetector offering. Our PYD 1388 (replacement to LHi 878) and PYD 1398 (replacement to LHi 968) Dual-Element Pyrodetectors feature two elements configured in a series connection with an FET in source-follower circuit. They are integrated into a robust TO-5 Metal Housing with an optical window
