Excelitas offers a wide range of high performance photodiodes in Silicon, InGaAs PIN, APD, etc.


We use Silicon and InGaAs photodiodes to provide a detection range from 200 nm to 1800 nm. 


These products are available in a variety of sizes and packages to meet customer requirements for sensitivity and response speed.


Additional pre-amplifier and filter options are available in specific specifications.

 

Avalanche photodiodes offer higher sensitivity than conventional photodiodes.


They are ideal for ultra-low level light detection and photon counting.


Available in Silicon and InGaAs materials, they detect from 400 nm to 1100 nm and 800 nm to 1800 nm, respectively.


Multiple configurations allow for a wide range of sensitivity and speed options.
