Excellent optical performance
OmniCure® air-cooled UV LED curing devices are designed with state-of-the-art front-end optics to provide high power, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at different operating distances.
The device delivers up to 14 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast, uniform curing over long operating distances. The P version of the AC series includes support for printing applications.
It includes state-of-the-art optics that optimize power for short working distances along with an easy-to-clean window.
The new AC Series product portfolio can be adapted to a variety of applications with different process requirements by adjusting output to support industry process requirements.
Excellent uniformity
The OmniCure AC Series utilizes a patented process to handle individual UV LED module output and provides exceptional uniformity across the entire curing zone.
Multiple UV LED head units can be combined and optical uniformity maintained between each unit. Manufacturers offer larger cures in multiple customizable lengths
The flexibility to gain area allows you to improve throughput without compromising performance.
Exceptional process control
For a repeatable curing process, precise control of UV irradiance and time levels ensures that the right dose of UV energy is delivered to all exposed areas.
System error detection device notifies the user of less than 1 fault LED, ensuring process repeatability. Intelligent system monitoring and control devices

Ease of integration
OmniCure UV LED curing units utilize air-cooled LED technology and are compactly designed for seamless integration into new or existing production lines.
The innovative design eliminates the need for costly equipment replacement, external cooling or ozone extraction devices. Curing device can be mounted in any orientation
This increases installation flexibility.
External mechanical and optical accessories can also be supplied upon request.
