   used for applications of 1300nm and 1550nm

Excelitas offers a variety of high-performance photodiodes including Silicon, InGaAs PIN, APD, and others.

We use a photodiode of Silicon and InGaAs to provide a sensing range of 200 nm to 1800 nm.

These products come in a variety of sizes and packages to meet customers' sensitivity and responsiveness requirements.

Additional pre-amplifiers and filter options are available with specific specifications. 

Avalanche photodiodes provide higher sensitivity than conventional photodiodes.

It is ideal for the lowest level of light sensing and photon counting.

Supplied in Silicon and InGaAs materials, these products detect from 400 nm to 1100 nm and 800 nm to 1800 nm, respectively.

Multiple configuration allows for a wide range of sensitivity and speed options.
